Before and after the blast preparation process. This Pre blasting process cleans the steel down to a "mil-spec" level prior to the application of the industrial enamel finish.

TUBULAR STEEL SYSTEM - Our barns are built using a square tubular steel system with a 3/16" gap between the foundation and the bottom structural tube. A second 3/16" gap is located between the tube and the lumber. Using squared steel tubes as opposed to "U" channels allows for moisture to evaporate instead of being trapped, which causes corrosion. Your barn will resist rust better, last longer, and because of the quality of our components we can offer a lifetime warranty on the structural framework and welds.

SELECT DECK LUMBER - Each Castlebrook Barn is crafted using "Select Deck" lumber. We incorporate only the finest materials in our structures. The 2"x6" kiln-dried select deck tongue and groove boards used are not only strong, beautiful and easy to maintain, but can also act as an insulator for your barn and the comfort of your horses. Our barns stay cooler in the heat of summer and warmer in the frigid winter than your typical metal walled structure.

ALL-STEEL TRUSS SYSTEM - All Castlebrook Barns' trusses are manufactured using steel. Use of less durable materials, such as wood, is never permitted. This adds to the strength and longevity of your barn. Because we use only the strongest materials, we can engineer your barn to withstand even the heaviest snow load requirements.

ROOFING - Our standard roofing is a 26 gauge high tensile Zincalume coated steel. The baked-on paint coatings are engineered for years of non-fading, low maintenance and beauty. The roof on your new Castlebrook Barn carries a 40-year warranty.

UNIQUE CHANNEL DESIGN - Our barns are engineered with safety, structural strength, and ease of assembly and maintenance in mind. Our unique radius channel design is safer for your horse because sharp edges and corners are eliminated. This feature also eliminated the exposed edges that horses love to chew on. The channel design allows for quick and easy replacement of a tongue and groove board, if ever necessary. Boards are easily replaced by one person, making cost of maintenance very low.

WELDS - Craftsmanship comes first and foremost at Castlebrook Barns right down to every weld. Our production team takes great pride in every barn that leaves our facility.

ENAMEL PAINT - Industrial strength enamel paint is used to protect your Castlebrook Barn and add to its beauty and durability. This finish is available in Dark Green and Dark Brown as standard colors. Additionally, there are many custom colors available to meet your aesthetic needs.

TUBE & POST CONNECTIONS - Our barns are designed for easy assembly. All fabrication is done at Castlebrook Barns' factory. All that needs to be done on-site is to slide the tubes into the post connections and secure them with the heavy-duty hardware that is supplied with your structure.
